SeaSalt Café is a tropical, 100% al fresco seaside café at the Grotto at KM49 in Panalipan, Catmon, north of Cebu. It has ocean views and calls itself pet-friendly, and it’s a popular stop on drives up north. Open daily from 6 AM to about 7 PM.
