FluffyTrips.com is a free, community-powered directory of pet-friendly places. By using the Site — whether to search, add, or edit listings — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About FluffyTrips

FluffyTrips.com (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Site”) is a free, community-maintained directory that helps pet owners find pet-friendly places — including parks, cafés, restaurants, hotels, beaches, shops, and more.

We are a directory platform, not a booking service. We do not process payments, make reservations, or act as an agent for any listed place. All listings are created and maintained by our community of users, and we do not independently verify the accuracy of any listing.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may browse FluffyTrips without an account. To add or edit listings, submit reviews, or contribute photos, you must register for a free account and be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@fluffytrips.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be fake, duplicate, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Adding Listings

Registered users may submit new pet-friendly places to the directory. When adding a listing, you agree to:

Only submit places that are genuinely pet-friendly (i.e., that welcome pets on their premises)
Provide accurate, up-to-date information including name, address, category, and pet policies
Not submit duplicate listings for a place already in the directory
Not submit your own business or a competitor’s business with the intent to deceive or manipulate
Not include promotional, advertising, or spam content in listing fields

By submitting a listing, you grant FluffyTrips the right to display, modify for formatting, and share that listing data as part of our public directory. Submitted place data (name, address, category, pet policies) is treated as community-owned information and may be made publicly accessible.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject any submitted listing that does not meet our quality standards or violates these Terms, without prior notice.

4. Editing and Updating Listings

One of FluffyTrips’s core features is that any registered user may edit existing listings to keep information accurate and current. This collaborative model depends on good-faith participation from all users.

When editing a listing, you agree to:

Make only factual, good-faith corrections or additions based on genuine knowledge or experience
Not revert accurate edits made by other users without valid reason
Not use edits to insert promotional content, malicious links, or false information
Not repeatedly edit a listing in a way that disrupts the community (edit warring)

All edits are logged and attributed to your account. A history of edits is maintained for transparency and may be reviewed by our moderation team. Users found to be making bad-faith edits may have their editing privileges restricted or their accounts suspended.

5. Community Guidelines

FluffyTrips is built by and for the pet-owner community. We expect all users to engage respectfully and constructively. The following are not permitted anywhere on the Site:

Hate speech, harassment, or threats directed at any individual or group
Reviews or comments that are defamatory, obscene, or deliberately harmful to a business or individual
Fake or incentivized reviews (e.g., posting a review in exchange for payment or discounts)
Spam — including mass submissions, keyword stuffing, or off-topic content
Impersonating another person, business, or FluffyTrips staff
Sharing personal information of others without their consent

Violations may result in content removal, editing restrictions, or permanent account termination, at our sole discretion.

6. Content Accuracy Disclaimer

All listings on FluffyTrips are contributed and maintained by our community. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing.

Pet policies at any place may change at any time without notice. A listing marked as pet-friendly may no longer be so by the time you visit. We strongly recommend that you:

Contact the place directly before your visit to confirm their current pet policy
Check for any restrictions on pet size, breed, or type
Confirm whether outdoor or indoor access applies to pets

FluffyTrips is not responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or harm resulting from reliance on information found in our directory. If you find an inaccuracy, please update the listing or report it to us — that’s how our community stays accurate.

7. Your Content and Our License

When you submit content to FluffyTrips — including listing details, reviews, photos, tips, or edits — you retain ownership of any original content you created. However, by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content as part of our directory and services.

You confirm that you have the right to share any content you submit, and that it does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Factual information about publicly accessible places (names, addresses, opening hours) is not subject to copyright and may be freely shared.

Photos you upload must be your own original work or clearly licensed for public use. Do not upload photos taken from business websites, Google Maps, or other sources without explicit permission.

8. Moderation and Removal

We rely on a combination of community reporting and our moderation team to maintain the quality and integrity of the directory.

Any user may flag a listing, review, or edit as inaccurate, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms. Flagged content will be reviewed and may be edited, hidden, or removed. We aim to act on reports promptly but cannot guarantee a specific response time.

Businesses or individuals who believe a listing about them contains false or harmful information may contact us at info@fluffytrips.com with a detailed explanation. We will review such requests in good faith but are not obligated to remove accurate community-submitted information.

We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict any user at any time, without prior notice, if we determine it is in the best interest of the community.

9. Intellectual Property

The FluffyTrips name, logo, design, and original Site content are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

You may not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Automated access to the Site (bots, crawlers, scrapers) is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by us in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

FluffyTrips is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy of listings, uninterrupted access to the Site, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FluffyTrips and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Reliance on any listing, review, or information found on the Site
Your visit to any place listed on the directory
Any harm to you, your pet, or your property during a visit
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your submitted content
Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Site

Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using FluffyTrips, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please note that listings you add or edits you make are associated with your username and are publicly visible as part of the directory. Your edit history may be viewed by other users and our moderation team.

12. Governing Law and Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FluffyTrips operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith communication with our team before pursuing formal legal remedies.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use of the Site after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
