Clean Beach is a solar-powered beachfront specialty café at 134 MacArthur Highway, Brgy. Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union, right on the surf beach. It calls itself pet-friendly and is known for its loco moco, breakfast lattes and pancakes. It opens at 7 AM daily and closes at 9 PM, or 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
