Quezon City has one of the biggest pet-friendly food scenes in Metro Manila. From the student-friendly cafés of Maginhawa Street to the restaurant rows of Tomas Morato and the malls of Vertis North, there are dozens of places where your dog can join you for a meal. This guide groups our favorite pet-friendly spots by neighborhood so you can plan a full food trip with your fur baby.

How we check: each place below is listed on FluffyTrips with a pet policy based on the venue’s Google info and recent diner reviews, last checked in October 2026. Rules can change, so message the restaurant before you go — especially if you want to sit indoors.

Quick tips for a QC food trip with your dog

  • Al fresco is your safest bet. Many QC restaurants welcome dogs outside but ask first before indoor seating.
  • Mall rules apply inside malls. At Vertis North, SM North EDSA or Araneta City, follow the mall’s own pet rules (often diapers, a leash, or a stroller).
  • Go early or late. Maginhawa and Tomas Morato get crowded at peak dinner hours, which can stress dogs.
  • Pack water, a bowl, poop bags and wipes — and keep your dog leashed between stops.

Maginhawa Street and UP Teachers Village

The classic QC food trip. Maginhawa’s small, casual restaurants make it easy to walk from one stop to the next with your dog.

Tomas Morato, Scout area and Kamuning

QC’s busiest restaurant district, with plenty of pet-friendly options on and around Tomas Morato and the “Scout” streets.

Araneta City and Cubao

Vertis North and North EDSA

Good for a mall day with your dog — just follow each mall’s pet rules.

Banawe and nearby

  • Comida (Kingspoint Banawe) — dogs allowed. Diners have even brought pet rabbits!
  • Greyspace Cafe Lounge (One Banawe) — dogs allowed.

Congressional Avenue, Visayas Avenue and Loyola Heights

Your QC food trip checklist

  • Leash, poop bags, water and a collapsible bowl
  • Diapers or a stroller for mall-based restaurants
  • A quick message to the restaurant to confirm current pet rules
  • An outdoor table request if your dog gets anxious in crowds
